Oddly, it&#039;s the only film by Angelopoulos I like.</description>

		<description>I saw this in a cinema in Sydney in 1976 and it was the first &#039;art&#039; film I ever saw.  It was difficult even for a Greek speaker like me  and you needed to have a good knowledge of 20th century Greek history to begin to appreciate its nuances, but above all it is the majestic visuals and deep melancholy that you recall.</description>
