I am thanking everyone who placed comments and/or private messages for their concern and kind words about Lucille. She will be home tomorrow as all went very well at Englewood Hospital. She is -as expected – experiencing some pain, but the meds are helping greatly. She will undergo some physical therapy and will stay home until the first week of May, when she thinks she will return to her principal’s position. But she must be 100% for that to happen of course. No rushing this.
Editing on Irish Jesus of Fairview continues, will Bill Kamberger at the helm. This past week was impacted by Lucille’s hospital stay, so nothing was planned or happened.
Wishing everyone a great week!
Sam, Home Sweet Home! Lucille’s updated recovery and regaining strength will take time and thankfully she has all the love and support from family and friends. We marvel at Lucille’s ability to cope with so much medical intervention. And since the weather should be getting warmer, and the flowers and trees and nature will bloom, that will add to the perfect setting for healing physically and mentally. And keep up your great work Sam! Our very best wishes, Jim and Valerie
Jim, many thanks to you and Valerie for the beautiful, exceedingly kind words! All you say about setting, lovely weather and home comfort is all too true. Things are moving along so well now. Best as always to you and Valerie!
